Hotel San Martin Popayan

The hotel was excellent, as you can expect from Popayan. the staff was very amiable and outstandingly accommodating and gave some great recommendations. - We stayed in the triple room, it was outstanding and the bed was comfortable. Overall, our stay at Hotel San Martin in Popayan was fantastic. the hotel itself was top-notch, just as you would anticipate in this city. the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, providing us with wonderful recommendations during our stay. We booked a triple room, and it was outstanding - the bed was particularly comfortable.

Reasonable base for exploring Popayan. Excellent and nice hotel, OUTSTANDINGLY ACCOMMODATING staff. Really tasty breakfast, plenty of food and beverages. Excellent & incredibly comfortable room, with a lounge, a mini-fridge-bar, and a writing table. Magnificent location of the venue, right by a club as well as airport.

Everything is what i need and want.

The breakfast options were great, and we enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The location was convenient for exploring the city, and the staff was friendly and helpful.

The furniture was outdated and worn, and the noise from the nearby street kept us up at night. We also had issues with the temperature control in the room, making it hard to sleep comfortably.

The breakfast buffet was great, with lots of variety and very tasty. the pool and jacuzzi were a bonus, perfect to relax in during the Xmas holiday. the location was fantastic, situated in a safe neighborhood and close to key attractions.

The room was disappointing, with dated and uncomfortable furniture. We could hear the kitchen and staff noise from early in the morning, making it impossible to sleep in.

The Junior Suite we stayed in was clean, spacious, and had all the amenities we needed. The bed was comfortable and we had a great night's sleep. The breakfast buffet was delicious with a wide variety of options. The location of the hotel was perfect, great to easily explore the area. The pool and jacuzzi were an added bonus, providing relaxation after a long day. I highly recommend this hotel.
